Can I make a return for a refund?Updated 2 months ago

We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. 

Returns are subject to a $20 return fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To initiate a return, please submit a request here.

Returned items must be mailed no later than 5 days from receiving the return label to be eligible for a refund. 

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
