Can I track my order?
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we’ll always do our best to support you, please know that delivery times, tracking updates, and final handoff are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages and cannot replace these at this time.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
While rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or carrier issues.
