What can I do if my clock's salt sphere is sweating due to humidity?Updated 2 months ago

In humid environments, Himalayan salt can absorb moisture and 'sweat'.

Manage light surface moisture by ensuring the clock is plugged in, as the internal heating element works only when powered. Using the lamp more often is also helpful to reduce sweating in particularly humid environments.

You may also gently wipe down the sphere and wood base with a slightly damp cloth, placing the clock on a tray to protect furniture, and keeping it in a well-ventilated, low-humidity area.

If the sweating is severe and affects performance, please contact us at [email protected] for potential warranty actions.
