What should I do if my clock is damaged or malfunctioning?Updated 2 months ago
If your clock is damaged upon arrival or starts malfunctioning, please email [email protected] with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos or video documentation highlighting the issues with the salt sphere or the clock's performance
Our team will review your claim and provide:
- Repair guidance (if applicable)
- A replacement product (if the defect is confirmed)
Please note:
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Rise Centered products, effective from the date of purchase.
Due to the natural materials and artisanal processes we use, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of that uniqueness—not defects.
What’s Covered
- Internal defects affecting functionality, including:
- Clock mechanisms
- Alarm components
Lighting or electronic issues
Structural issues that impact how the product stands, functions, or holds together—for example, parts arriving loose, detached, or damaged in a way that interferes with intended use
What’s Not Covered
- External wear and tear resulting from normal use.
- Natural material variations or changes (e.g., wood grain, salt crystal variation, minor chips, or color shifts)
- Damage caused by:
- Improper use or handling
- Environmental exposure (e.g., high humidity, extreme heat, direct sunlight)
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by Rise Centered
Please note: our clocks have an internal heating element that prevents any water damage caused by humidity or other environmental factors. However, in order for this heating element to function the clock needs to be plugged into a power outlet at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any water damage that occurs to clocks that have not been plugged into a power outlet at all times.
